The first lounge includes a large TV with Sky movies and sport and a DVD/video. A dining table has seating for six.
The adjoining second lounge area has a woodburner, CD/cassette/radio, reading material and a second single bed that can be used by a 5th person. There is a screen for privacy.
The bathroom and shower, two heated towel rails and a heater plus a laundry cupboard with washer and dryer and ironing board and iron.
French doors open onto a sunny verandah which lead to a mature private garden. An outdoor terracotta table to seat 8 and a Gas barbecue makes it perfect for entertaining.
There is off-street parking for two vehicles.

Verandah's two step drop to ground and established rose bushes on verandah make this unsuitable for small children.
